DELIVERY & SHIPMENT
Orders selected for Free or basic shipping service will normally leave our Distribution Center in California or a nearby Amazon Warehouse within 2 business days (not including holidays or weekends) after the order is placed. Free shipping for orders over $25 is not valid for international customers.
After the order leaves our Distribution Center, delivery (transit) times vary based on the shipping method selected during Checkout and your shipping address.
We generally use USPS First Class or Priority Mail Service for shipments less than 2 lbs or UPS as carriers for heavier orders.
Please check your tracking information for expected delivery date which you should be updated on as soon as your item is being prepared for shipment.
We do not currently offer an option for expedited shipping but generally all our larger items such as our best selling weekender bags ship via Priority mail which typically arrives 2 - 3 days within drop-off at USPS.
FREE RETURNS: You may return your new or unused product within 30 days of delivery with the original packing slip.
Item must be new and unused to be eligible for a free return (including return shipping).
In the unfortunate event that you receive a defective product, please indicate in reason for return.
Free returns are only for unused and defective products. We donate used products to non-profit charities but ask that you do not attempt to wash product to make it appear unused. If used, you may be charged a fee depending on the condition of the bag. We reserve the right to refuse a fee-free return depending on the condition of the bag upon receipt and inspection by our team.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Please follow the instructions below so we are able to assist you with your return in a speedy fashion.
- Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with subject line “Return request” within 30 days of delivery receipt. Please use the original email address for the request to verify your identity.
- Please send the following information in your return request.
Item status (new/used):
Reason for return (if defective, please include details and photographic proof):
- Once your return is approved, you should receive an email with a shipping return label
- Repack Merchandise
Enclose the original receipt or packing slip if available. Package the merchandise in its original packing container, if available.
- Ship Merchandise

Returns for Used Items:
Please allow 1 -2 weeks for a credit to appear on your original form of payment. Items are inspected within a week of delivery.

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time; however, you may order a replacement item by placing a new order while waiting for a return. You may return your order for a refund using the processes listed above.
